The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the old town area, as it was right on top of the river. We were able to easily walk to the Christmas markets and all the attractions in the city center. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the nearby backyards. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a good variety of options.
The elevator in the hotel was too small and couldn't accommodate a compact twin stroller, so we had to use the stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the location was perfect for me as it was just a short walk across the bridge to the main attractions and Christmas markets. Lastly, the room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

Staff quickly resolved issue with faulty outlet and offered new room. Convenient location for city travel with riverside walks nearby and great restaurants. Helpful staff provided excellent service, checking in daily and offering recommendations. Easy to find and located right outside tram stop for convenient travel.
